Brian Fagen
Head of Americas Cash Equities Execution Services

Brian Fagen is a Managing Director and Head of Americas Cash Equities Execution Services at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Fagen’s current responsibilities cover the Cash, Portfolio and Electronic Trading businesses including Market Structure and Commission Management. He was previously Head of Global Electronic Trading Distribution and Co-Head of Liquid Market Sales Americas at Barclays Capital, a role he also held at Lehman Brothers before joining Barclays Capital in 2008. Prior to that, he held several senior roles at Morgan Stanley across Cash, Program Trading, Derivatives and Electronic Trading within the Institutional Equities business from 1988 to 2006.
Mr. Fagen is currently a board member of BIDS Trading, the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP), the Rutgers Business School (RBS) Board of Advisors and the Rutgers Road to Wall Street Program. He previously held board positions at BATS, the Mead School and The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Westchester County, NY.
Mr. Fagen holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
Andrew Mannarino

Andrew Mannarino is Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel for Citadel Securities. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s U.S. compliance program by providing advisory services to all business lines, implementing appropriate control framework, and managing regulatory relationships.
Mr. Mannarino is a passionate supporter of promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has led several initiatives throughout his career which focus on that mission. Most notably, he served as co-chair of the Kenneth G. Standard Diversity Internship Program of the New York Bar Association.
Mr. Mannarino received a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law.
Brian Schell
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Brian Schell is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe), joining the firm as Deputy CFO in 2017 as part of the Bats Global Markets acquisition. In his current role he is responsible for all financial activities for the company, including accounting, finance, treasury and capital markets activities.
Mr. Schell joinces Bats as CFO in March 2011 and, during his highly productive tenure, played a lead role in most of the company’s major accomplishments including the successful April 2016 initial public offering and the acquisition by Cboe. His contributions and leadership were integral to the success of Bats, including the 2015 acquisition of the Hotspot FX buisness, moving Bats into the foreign exchange industry, and several significant debt transactions.
A 25-year veteran of the financial services industry, Mr. Schell previously spent 16 years at H&R Block Inc. where he held various senior leadership positions, concluding his tenure as senior vice president, operations, support and development for the firm’s Tax Services division. Mr. Schell also served separately as CFO of the Tax Services and H&R Block Financial Advisors units, holding the former position for seven years, as well as corporate treasurer.
During his time at H&R Block, he led serveral merger and acquisition assignments, while directing financial operations and strategic planning initiatives that led to significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Just prior to joining Bats, Mr. Schell was CFO at Pollen Inc., a Kansas City-based technology company working with large companies redeploying cash in their accounts payables.
Mr. Schell began his career as an analyst at JP Morgan & Co. in New York and spent five years in Washington, DC at KPMG Peat Marwick and the FDIC, facilitating regulatory-assisted banking transactions.
Mr. Schell graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1987 with a BBA and an emphasis in finance. He also holds an MBA from the George Washington University. He holds a Series 27 license.

Currently Global Head of Sales from CRISIL, an S&P Company, Mr. Singh is known as an energetic leader who builds sales talent and nurtures deep connections with global financial services. An innovator who believes in “breaking the box,” he develops new sources of revenue with customer-centric solutions and partnerships across Financial Services, Digital, FinTech and Media segments. Mr. Singh is a respected industry leader whose signature annual symposium, DFSS, attracts the Who’s Who of the Digital Financial Services marketplace in the Americas.
Mr. Singh is a multiple-year CEO Circle Award winner for global sales performance. He is a featured speaker at industry events on Financial and Digital trends. He was a member of the Senior Advisory Council of Women at Thomson Reuters, founder/advisory board member of the Asian Quant Group, member of the Thomson Reuters Americas Operating Committee and sits on the Board of Directors for CRISIL Irevna UK.
Mr. Singh holds an MBA from St. John’s University and a Bachelor’s from Calcutta’s St. Xavier’s College. He shares his contagious passion for food, golf and community service with everyone in his orb.
