WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — A commissioner at the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday said the stock market structure needs a thorough review and he stated concerns about the bond market.
Speaking at the 81st annual Market Structure Conference, put together by the Security Traders Association, Dan Gallagher said he supports what is called holistic review of equity market structure.
