The Security Traders Association kicks off its 83rd annual market structure conference today. Titled “Game Changers and Culture Creators,” this year’s event features three days of content, starting with SEC chair Mary Jo White’s keynote Wednesday. According to Jim Toes, president and CEO, STA, two of the most important issues that will be explored will be the breadth of financial services regulation, which is as wide as ever before, and the implementation of some long-awaited initiatives, including the Tick Pilot and the CAT.
