HILTON QUEBEC CITY – Room rates start at $359 plus applicable taxes and fees per night. Conference registration is required in order to reserve a room. Once registered you will receive details on booking your room directly.

RATE RULES: PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTROOMS ARE LIMITED AND WILL BE RESERVED ON A “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED” BASIS.

Reservations must be made by July 22, 2024, and guaranteed by credit card to ensure the group rate.

Please note our updated policy: Hilton Québec reservations using the CSTA negotiated rate must be accompanied by a corresponding CSTA conference registration. Any CSTA block rooms without a corresponding CSTA 2024 Annual Conference registration will be released back into the general CSTA Block room inventory after 48 hours. Failure to register within this time frame may require you to rebook the room and risk missing out.

CANCELLATIONS: MUST BE MADE IN WRITING BY JULY 31, 2024. AN ADMINISTRATION FEE of $100 WILL BE CHARGED FOR REGISTRATIONS CANCELLED BEFORE JULY 31, 2024.  NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 1, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS. HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELLED WITH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY.
